
Our standard hourly rates below are based door-to-door,i.e, the chargeable time starts when we arrive at the first pickup address and finishes once we've finished unloading at the final drop-off address. All charges are exclusive of gst. Our minimum chargeable time is 1 hour for Monday to Thursday or 1.5 hours for Friday to Sunday.

Like most trades, we have to apply a callout charge to cover our cost of travelling to and from your address to our depot. Our standard travel charge for Auckland Metro is $30.00 plus gst. All other areas within 20 mins of city centre (including North Shore, West Auckland, South Auckland) will incur a minimum $40.00 plus gst callout charge. Areas beyond will incur additional travel charge - ask for details.

All moves carried our from 1 Oct, 2011 will include free insurance cover of $1,500 inc gst per item and $250,000 inc gst per truck load. This is subject to a $500 excess per claim. See terms for details.

We offer a free shrink wrapping service on couches, mattresses or any other item of furniture which you are concerned about. Commercial grade shrink wrapping is highly effective at preventing mould and mildew growth by locking out moisture, especially during periods of storage. It also reduces risk of soiling/damage during moves. Please let us know if you require this service at the time of booking.
